Each Level 4 felony carries a potential sentence of two to 12 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the probable cause affidavit, the investigation began after the alleged victim came forward with detailed statements, which were supported by additional witnesses. Among those listed as witnesses are members of the victim\u2019s family, as well as individuals familiar with the case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beaman was taken into custody following the filing of charges and made an initial appearance in court. He remains in custody as legal proceedings continue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Due to the sensitive nature of the allegations and the age of the alleged victim, authorities have withheld further identifying details.
