Kevin Hackman had been elected to replace Phyllis Whitright, who had retired after 26 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"326\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/wzbd.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Eran-Hackman-nameplate.jpg?resize=640%2C326&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-26708\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/wzbd.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Eran-Hackman-nameplate.jpg?w=853&amp;ssl=1 853w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/wzbd.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Eran-Hackman-nameplate.jpg?resize=300%2C153&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/wzbd.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Eran-Hackman-nameplate.jpg?resize=768%2C391&amp;ssl=1 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>One of council&#8217;s official duties during the meeting was making a matter of record the fact that Eran and her deputies took the oaths of office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The deputies are Wendi S.
