Price, 65, of Berne, Indiana, passed away Saturday morning, May 10, 2025, at Parkview Hospital Randallia in Fort Wayne, Indiana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She was born on March 12, 1960, in Union City, Indiana, to the late Orville Courtney and the late Gloria (Duff) Courtney.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"800\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/wzbd.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/lg-2.jpg?resize=640%2C800&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-26422\" style=\"width:194px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/wzbd.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/lg-2.jpg?w=819&amp;ssl=1 819w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/wzbd.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/lg-2.jpg?resize=240%2C300&amp;ssl=1 240w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/wzbd.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/lg-2.jpg?resize=768%2C960&amp;ssl=1 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Sylvia was a loving mother and grandmother who stayed home to care for her grandchildren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She loved doing crafts and spending time with her grandchildren.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sylvia is survived by her son, Sean Johnson of Decatur, Indiana; daughter, Sara (Daniel) Jones of Bluffton, Indiana; son, Brady Price of Berne, Indiana; son, Aaron Price of Berne, Indiana; sister, Debbie (Mac) Brigner of Payne, Ohio; sister, Mary Lloyd of Berne, Indiana; sister, Elaine Courtney of Berne, Indiana; sister, Pam Kleeberg of Kendallville, Indiana; sister, Rhonda Kardoulias of New Orleans, Louisiana; brother, John Courtney of Berne, Indiana; and brother, William \u201cBill\u201d Lindsey of Berne, Indiana; four grandchildren, Ava Johnson, Tinnley Jones, Evan Jones, and Kai Price; and many aunts uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She was preceded in death by her brother, Daniel Courtney; great-niece, Lilliann Lloyd; and great-nephew, Jacoby Guerra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Private family services will be held, and burial will be in Decatur Cemetery.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sylvia I.
