WZBD.com<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lucas Weber, Braden Walter and Charlie Riddle all had individual conference titles as the Heritage Patriots finished second to Bluffton in Friday’s ACAC boys’ track meet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Weber and Walter also teamed up to win a relay title, setting a new season best along with Cooper Naatz and Nasir Martin in the 4×100. Riddle was runner-up in the discus. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For South Adams, Caiden Neuenschwander won the 800. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Notes & Times: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Lucas Weber (Heritage) captured the ACAC title in the 100 Finals, but he actually was even quicker in the prelims, equaling his season best at 11.01 to qualify for the final. His time in the 200 prelims was actually faster than the winning time in the final as he settled for second to Bluffton’s Jude Baumgartner. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Caiden Neuenschwander won the 800 for the Starfires, going 2.5 seconds faster than his previous season best from back at the Minster Invite. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Easton O’Dell was fourth behind his teammate in the 800, running a career best for South Adams. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Tyler Schwartz’s (AC) time in the 800 was his career best and good enough for sixth. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Hayden Amstein (Heritage) set a season best in the 800 and broke the five-minute mark for the first time in his career in the 1600, finishing sixth for the Patriots. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
