Ava Smith and DiNestee Williams-White were a couple of the stars that led Heritage to a three-way meet win Tuesday night in Monroe. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

-DiNestee Williams-White was just a tenth of a second short of her career best, winning the 200 with a season-best effort of 28.30 for Heritage. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ava Smith set another PR in the meet in the 800 with a 2:45 for Heritage. Teammate Emily High broke the three-minute mark for the first time and was second. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
