{"id":24241,"date":"2025-02-17T14:22:41","date_gmt":"2025-02-17T19:22:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wzbd.com\/?p=24241"},"modified":"2025-02-17T14:28:28","modified_gmt":"2025-02-17T19:28:28","slug":"city-lots-going-outside-for-sewage-services","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wzbd.com\/index.php\/2025\/02\/17\/city-lots-going-outside-for-sewage-services\/","title":{"rendered":"City lots going outside for sewage services"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>By BOB SHRALUKA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>WZBD.com<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eight lots in the new phase of the Cross Creek subdivision in Decatur are cruising toward approval to connect to the Adams County Regional Sewer District rather than the city&#8217;s sewage system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Engineer Kevin McDermit and Steve Kreigh of Ideal Builders discussed the matter with Decatur&#8217;s board of works and safety at its recent meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Of the 15 lots in the latest phase, only seven can be hooked up to the city&#8217;s system.
