During a public hearing on the issue Tuesday, a question was raised about wagons or carts that are drawn by smaller animals like ponies.\u00a0\u00a0Commissioners President Steve Bailey said it&#8217;s a proposal worth studying\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-audio\"><audio controls src=\"https:\/\/wzbd.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/NEWSwed-13.mp3\"><\/audio><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Bailey said the Commissioners will study the matter more before taking a final vote on the issue next Tuesday.
