This arrest was pursuant<br>to an arrest warrant being issued for Dailey through the Adams County Circuit Court for one count of Dealing in a Controlled Substance Resulting in Death, a Level 1 Felony.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This arrest is connected to an investigation into the death of Nicholas Comment, who passed away on or about October 15, 2023, at a residence located in Adams County.
