Eventual President-Elect Joe Biden received 3,236 votes, representing 22.73% of the votes cast. The Libertarian candidate received 287 votes from Adams County voters. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the 2016 presidential election, which was won by Trump, Adams County cast 9,648 votes for Donald Trump, representing 73.12% of the 13,194 votes cast.
