Weather can be a factor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWith the use of both of our machines we will be able to cover the city rapidly,\u201d the announcement said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Residents are asked to rake all leaves to curbside for pickup.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The City of Decatur will begin its annual leaf collection next Monday, it has been announced.
