Adams Central’s Madison Gerber will represent Z-Land at next week’s Cross Country State Finals after her 23rd-place finish earned her another 5K in a Jet uniform. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gerber’s time was one of the few that was faster than the week before, as she ran a 19:19, five seconds better than her time at Taylor last week. Gerber only had one better 5K time this year and that came way back in early September. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another ACAC runner, Abigail Ramseyer of Bluffton, will join Gerber in Terre Haute after she came in five seconds faster than the last state qualifier. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bellmont’s Abigail Rudy trimmed 22 seconds from her sectional race and finished in 90th place as the top finisher for the Braves. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
