Chalk up another win for the South Adams Starfires as they won an interstate match against Celina by a solid nine strokes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The team shot 208 and Julia Arnold once again led the way with a round of 47. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

“We drove the ball well today,” noted head coach Chris Toledo afterwards. “We smashed it right down the middle.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nora Ringger also played well for the Starfires, shooting a personal best of 51. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

“We chipped well today and that kept our scores low,” noted the coach. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Toledo also noted that, to his knowledge, it was the first time the program has beaten Celina in a match. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
