The incident, according to police, happened at a “downtown establishment” and was later reported to law enforcement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The investigation is an open case, said the DPD, and no more information was said to be available until more evidence is reviewed and more about the incident becomes known. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to several witnesses, Albert Nern, 38, was badly beaten and left unresponsive before being found after the attack. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
