{"id":18131,"date":"2024-08-01T13:21:04","date_gmt":"2024-08-01T17:21:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wzbd.com\/?p=18131"},"modified":"2024-08-01T13:21:05","modified_gmt":"2024-08-01T17:21:05","slug":"museum-in-decatur-to-reopen-car-show-slated","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wzbd.com\/index.php\/2024\/08\/01\/museum-in-decatur-to-reopen-car-show-slated\/","title":{"rendered":"Museum in Decatur to reopen; car show slated"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>By BOB SHRALUKA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>WZBD.com<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Adams County Historical Society&#8217;s Dugan Museum in Decatur is finally ready for opening, officials have announced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Extensive restoration efforts delayed the museum&#8217;s normal summer opening, but the work has now been completed and the museum will hold an Open House on Sunday, August 11.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Open House hours will be 1 to 4 p.m. and there will be no admission charge (although donations will be accepted, officials said).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The newly restored museum, 420 W.
