The cameras only read license plate numbers and limited other information about the vehicles in question.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Police say the cameras in the &#8220;Flock&#8221; system give them a needed tool to help with investigations.  However, Adams County Commissioner Steve Kuhn doesn&#8217;t see it that way.  he voted against approving the cameras, saying they are a violation of individual rights.  Sheriff Dan Mawhorr doesn&#8217;t see it that way, and convinced the other Commissioners to approve it.
