The Huntington North Vikings came to Decatur ready to play Tuesday night and won four out of five varsity matches against the Bellmont Braves. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The junior varsity team for the Braves competed well, however, and took six of eight matches. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Braves dropped the opening set in three of five matches, but Leila Jin battled back from her 6-3 loss to take the next two sets 6-1 and 6-2. Jin played well with the wind and took advantage of several double faults by HN’s ace, Kylee Burnau. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Braves are back in action Wednesday against Columbia City in another NE8 match. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
