Noah Redmon raised his batting average on the season to .440 with a 4 for 5 night Friday as the Heritage Patriots beat Concordia 10-4 on the road in non-conference play. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Redmon had three singles and a double, driving in three runs and scoring twice himself while playing first base. He had the key hit in a three-run rally in the top of the first as the Patriots jumped out to a lead against the Cadets, giving Landon Lybarger good run support for his start on the mound. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lybarger worked around six walks to allow just one run in five innings of work, earning the victory while also striking out five batters. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Caleb Abbott pitched two innings in relief and withstood a Cadet rally in the final inning to finish off the game. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cam Rauner, Lybarger and Thomson Keppel each had two hits for Heritage. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
