After suffering defeat on Monday and Tuesday, the Adams Central tennis team gave Bluffton their best shot and emerged victorious, 3-2. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Playing in extremely windy conditions, the setup was not ideal for a team that had played an awful lot of tennis since Saturday’s Warsaw Invite. Nevertheless, the team got the usual steady play at No. 1 singles from Hillary Tobias and also won at No. 2 with Melanie Bertsch in straight sets. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Jets clinched the match with yet another victory at No. 2 Dubs as Anna Leyse and Alexa Brotherton have now won six straight matches over five days after dropping just one game across two sets Wednesday. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
