Heritage had more depth than Adams Central and won Tuesday’s ACAC triple. The Patriots will compete in their home relays Friday. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Notes & Results:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Trinitee Brown ran a PR in the 100 to finish second behind teammate Piper Pierce. Ava Johnson was just behind them both with a season best of her own for Heritage. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Reine Atouba ran the 100 for the first time for AC and clocked the best time on the team this year (13.98) and finished in fifth. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Brown took first place in the 200 with another season best. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Olivia Lybarger won the 400 for Heritage with a season-best time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Gabi Landis took the 800 and the 1600 for the Jets with season-best times. Her 5:28.89 time in the mile is the best of her career. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Dinestee Williams-White won the 100 hurdles with her best time of the year for Heritage. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

-The Adams Central 4×100 M Relay team ran their best time of the year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maya Gerber won the shot put with her best toss of the season for Heritage. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Gerber also topped 100 feet for the first time in the disc, winning with a distance of 102-02. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

-AC’s Anna Thomas had a personal career best and finished fifth with a throw of 68 feet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
