Three ACAC teams had beautiful weather Tuesday night to get the outdoor regular season truly underway. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Notes & Results:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-The Jets got two outstanding performances in the mile, with Carter Steele turning in a 5:01 for second place, just ahead of Trevor Schwartz, who was within a second of his best time last season. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Tytus Lehman (SA) turned in a career best in the 110 hurdles to take second place. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Jackson Garcia (SA) cleared 5′ 4″ in the high jump for an impressive second-place finish. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ean Brown (AC) set a new PR and won the shot put with a toss of 40′ 5″.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-South Adams’ Uriel Gutierrez declared himself as a contender for conference and sectional titles with an impressive early-season discus throw of 127 feet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
