Bultemeier, 84, of Decatur, Indiana went to be with the Lord early Sunday morning, February 25, 2024, at her residence.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She was born on July 17, 1939, Convoy, Ohio to the late Fredrick Krueckeberg and Edna (Becker) Krueckeberg. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jeanette was united in marriage to Norbert Bultemeier on April 17, 1959, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Convoy, Ohio. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Decatur, Indiana, and was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post #43. Jeanette served as Auxiliary President for four years, in addition to serving in the district and at the state level. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She graduated from Convoy Union (Crestview High School) in 1958. Jeanette was employed at International Harvester as a teletype operator for approximately 20 years. She was also a secretary for Doc Dancer for approximately for 25 years.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jeanette enjoyed needlepoint, cooking, cake decorating and baking. Her grandchildren will miss her chocolate chip cookies\u2026 extra chips, and her full snack drawer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Norbert Bultemeier of Decatur, Indiana; daughter, Carleen (Dean) Frank of Decatur, Indiana; son, Terry (Angela) Bultemeier of Decatur, Indiana; son, Denny (Tami) Bultemeier of Winston, Georgia; brother, Norm (Ann) Krueckeberg of Findlay, Ohio; seven grandchildren, Alyssa (Andy) Estep, Aaron (Megan) Frank, Andrew Frank, Derek (Alexa) Bultemeier, Chase Bultemeier, Brandon Bultemeier and Justin Bultemeier; and six great-grandchildren.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to her parents, Jeanette was preceded in death by six brothers, Robert Krueckeberg, Herbert Krueckeberg, Harold Krueckeberg, Ronald Krueckeberg, James Krueckeberg and Marvin Krueckeberg and a sister, Barbara Jean Krueckeberg. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 1, 2023, at Zion Lutheran Church in Decatur with Pastor Zachary Oedewaldt officiating.&nbsp; Burial will follow the services at the St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery, Preble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Friends and family will be received from 2-5 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, February 29, 2024, at Zion Lutheran Church in Decatur and one hour prior to the service on Friday at the church. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In lieu of flowers preferred memorials can be to the family (checks payable to Zwick &amp; Jahn Funeral Home). &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arrangements by Zwick and Jahn Funeral Homes of Decatur, Indiana<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jeanette E.
