Heritage’s Andrew Mirelez won a sectional title at 138 pounds with a 5-0 decision over Kendi Quoi in the championship bout. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Heavyweight Logan Teichman also advanced to Saturday’s regional with a fourth-place finish at heavyweight. Teichman knocked off Collin Grayless of Homestead in the blood round to survive for another week. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was a close race at the top of the team leaderboard, with New Haven having just enough to stay ahead of Snider and Homestead. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
