{"id":12571,"date":"2024-01-29T08:40:07","date_gmt":"2024-01-29T13:40:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wzbd.com\/?p=12571"},"modified":"2024-01-29T08:40:08","modified_gmt":"2024-01-29T13:40:08","slug":"gala-seeks-to-boost-hospital-maternity-center","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wzbd.com\/index.php\/2024\/01\/29\/gala-seeks-to-boost-hospital-maternity-center\/","title":{"rendered":"Gala seeks to boost hospital maternity center"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>By BOB SHRALUKA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>WZBD.com<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Adams Health Network Foundation has announced plans for a second Diamonds and Denim Gala, seeking to raise funds for Adams Memorial Hospital&#8217;s Maternity Center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event will be held on Saturday, February 24, at the Mirage Event Center on Winchester St. Extended in Decatur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Doors will open and games will begin at 5:30 p.m. Games will include a diamond grab, wine pull and gift card wall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dinner will be served at 6 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bill Werling and Breakaway will be calling square dancing and instructors will be available to get the dance floor moving, according to a news release.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Last call will be at 8:30 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tickets are $50 per person or $400 per table for 8 tickets.
