The RLL racer has been cleared to race on the oval at Texas Motor Speedway for the next IndyCar race. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Rahal Letterman Lanigan said Harvey will race April 2 on the oval at Texas Motor Speedway.
