Special guest will be\u00a0Indiana State Comptroller Elise Nieshalla,\u00a0who was recently appointed by Governor Eric Holcomb after the resignation of Tera Klutz, who took a position in the private sector. Federal, state and local Republican candidates will have a moment to publicly announce their candidacy.
