Norwell had no issues beating DeKalb on Tuesday night as the Knights dominated the Barons, who brought along a few extra swimmers from neighboring Eastside, as well. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Knights will be competing in the NE8 Meet Saturday against the other five NE8 swim teams. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Notes & Times: <\/p>\n\n\n\n
-The medley relay team of Ethan Williamson, Parker McCartney, Colten Strunk and Kale Meredith turned in their best time of the year and won by just over a second. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
-After anchoring the medley relay team to victory. Meredith then won the individual medley with his best performance of the season (2:13.63) and was just a second away from his PR from last year’s sectional finals. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Gage Reinhard outswam DeKalb’s Keagen Yarian to win the 50 with his season best. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Colten Strunk won the Fly with a season-best time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ethan Williamson won the boys 500 with a time of 5:50.53, five seconds faster than his previous best time this season. Teammate Gage Reinhard also made a significant cut to his time and finished second. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Kale Meredith won the breaststroke with a season-best time of 1:06.75. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
