The Bellmont wrestling program honored all of its previous state champions Thursday night between the JV and varsity action against Adams Central. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Assistant coach Sean Faurote had the privilege of presenting each wrestler with a sign that will hang in the Bellmont gym. Families of the late Paul Gunsett and Phil Lengerich were also included. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The crowd of over 1100 applauded each champion, but when the name of the late Paul Gunsett was announced and his wife and children accepted the award on his behalf, the entire gym rose, stood, and clapped. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each of the champions was then left standing on the mat waiting for the rest to be introduced. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
