The Norwell boys made major strides Thursday in cutting time and beat out both South Adams and Blackhawk Christian. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Highlights & Notes: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Kale Meredith won the 200 Free for Norwell with his best time of the year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Haden Meyer (SA) cut four seconds from his season best and took third in the 200 Free. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Braden Hoag (N) swam a 2:32.54, his best of the year, and won the IM. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Meredith also won the butterfly with a season best. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ethan Williamson was second in the 100 Free for Norwell, finishing with a season-best 59.72. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Haden Meyer was second in the 500 for SA with a time of 6:35.22. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

-South Adams turned in their best performance of the season in the 200 Relay, finishing third in 1:51.18. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Rylan Heyerly swam the best backstroke in Z Land this season to win that event for Norwell in 1:06.84. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Braylon Schoch (SA) swam his best backstroke time of the year and was third. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
