{"id":10251,"date":"2023-11-28T05:55:12","date_gmt":"2023-11-28T10:55:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wzbd.com\/?p=10251"},"modified":"2023-11-28T05:55:13","modified_gmt":"2023-11-28T10:55:13","slug":"grant-to-aid-museum-restoration-project","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wzbd.com\/index.php\/2023\/11\/28\/grant-to-aid-museum-restoration-project\/","title":{"rendered":"Grant to aid museum restoration project"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>By BOB SHRALUKA<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>WZBD.com<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Adams County Historical Society has announced that it has received a $5,000 grant from the Adams County Community Foundation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Officials said the funds will go to its Museum Restoration Project, part of which will be restoring the interior entrance sidelights with beveled and leaded glass.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Photo shows the original interior entry sidelights from when the Charles Dugan family resided in the Monroe St. mansion. \u201cUnfortunately,\u201d society officials said. \u201cthe original windows had been stolen years ago.
