Work was supposed to have been completed on County Road 700 S, which leads to the south entrance to South Adams Schools. However, problems were discovered in the pavement that is holding up work on the project.
WZBD’s Ed Thurman spoke with Adams County Highway Engineer Nate Rumschlag about what happened and how and when the work will be completed…
Buses and cars can still get into the south parking lot of South Adams from other entrances, but it could lead to congestion at times. County officials hope to rectify the situation as soon as possible.
