2024 Adams Central graduate Gideon Reynolds has spent the last few months preparing his Eagle Scout project and it is now ready to be the centerpiece of the new dog agility contest at the Adams County 4-H Fair in July.

Reynolds held his Eagle Scout Court of Honor Saturday at the Westside Community Church in Monroe.
The son of Dr. Jade & Julia Reynolds, Gideon completed his project by designing and building 18 agility obstacles to be used in the new 4-H event.
Reynolds began his scouting career as a Tiger in Cub Scouts in Pack 3072 in Monroe in 2012. He has earned 26 merit badges during his time in the Scouts. His favorite badge was Archery.
The 18 dog agility obstacles, built for the Adams County Dog Club, have allowed the club to start an agility program. Prior to Reynolds undertaking the project, the idea had always been cost prohibitive to the club.
During his time at Adams Central, Reynolds was a four-year member of the Squadron of Sound and a ten-year member of the Adams County Rabbit Club.
Reynolds is currently enrolled at the University of Northwestern Ohio, where he is studying Automotive Technology and High Performance Motorsports.
