PRESS RELEASE
The Adams County Community Foundation recently awarded a grant to the City of Decatur for the downtown HIVE Art Studio for shades. The purchase and installation of blinds in the HIVE windows provide relief from heat and glare of the sun, allowing artwork to be preserved. The blinds will also allow for less glare on the monitors used for meetings.
The Hive is open Tuesday – Thursday, from 4-7 p.m. and is available for private rentals.

Jaime Gephart, Community coordinator and grant writer, expressed appreciation to the ACCF for supporting the HIVE Art Gallery.
Becky McClure, ACCF grants committee member, added that the ACCF is pleased to support the City of Decatur with the useful equipment to make the facility more comfortable for the attendees.
This ACCF grant was made possible through the Adams County Community Foundation Community Enrichment Fund.
