Douglas Duane Lewis, age 75, of Portland passed away at his residence in Portland. He was born in Kansas City, Missouri on March 17, 1948 the son of Robert and Mary Lucille (Lyons) Lewis. He was a self employed contractor and had worked for D & J Construction. He was a US Army veteran, 1966 Portland High School graduate and member of American Legion Post #211 and Portland Eagles Lodge.
Surviving are a son Brentton Lewis of Berne, a daughter Brittany Ricole Lewis of Maui, Hawaii, sister Sherry Ann McClung of Portland.
There will no funeral services. Baird-Freeman Funeral Home are handling the arrangements. Memorials can be made to the choice of the donor.
