Indiana Secretary of State Diego Morales visited Berne on Saturday to check out Berne Swiss Days and to greet constituents as he was given a tour of downtown Berne led by Berne Mayor Gregg Spurnger and Adams Republican Party Chairman Steve Justus.
Secretary of State Morales had the opportunity to greet Berne City Councilwoman Kelly Amstutz at the Adams County Republican booth while greeting Representative Matt Lehman at the famous Clock Tower.
