The Indiana Department of Transportation announces the closure of State Road 124 in Wells and Huntington Counties for multiple culvert replacements.
Starting on or after August 7, crews will be working between State Road 3 and State Road 116. Work on the culvert replacements is expected to take two weeks. All work is weather-dependent and schedules are subject to change.
During the closure, drivers should use the approved detour of S.R. 3 and S.R. 116, or seek an alternate route.
INDOT encourages drivers to consider worker safety by slowing down, using extra caution and driving distraction-free when traveling in and around all work zones.
