Xavier R. Garcia, age 33 of Decatur, was sentenced Monday in the Adams Circuit Court.
Garcia was previously found guilty of several offenses after a jury trial, which took place April 24-26, 2023.
The jury found him guilty of four counts of sexual misconduct with a minor (each a level 4 felony), four counts of child molesting (each a level 1 felony) and one count of child solicitation, a level 5 felony. His offenses involved three victims.
Garcia has a juvenile and adult criminal history.
The court sentenced Garcia to a collective sentence of 95 years to be served in the Indiana Department of Corrections. Due to the levels of the felonies, the defendant will be required to serve 75% of the time.
