Work on a pipeline project at the 12th and 13th street intersections with Washington St. apparently wrapped up Monday.
The project saw a pipeline being laid east and west under the busy 13th and caused some traffic snarls for several weeks.
A Buckeye Pipeline statement could not be obtained.
